- This promotion is valid from 1st July 2010 to 8th October 2010 inclusive.
- Entries must be submitted on or before midnight on the 8th October 2010.
- This promotion is open to all organisations in the UK, excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Only one entry per organisation will be accepted.
- Oki Systems (UK) Ltd will randomly select a number of winners each week who will receive a free OKI A4 colour LED printer.
- Winners will be notified within 7 days of receipt of their entry.
- Oki Systems (UK) Ltd will award up to 100 printers over the duration of this promotion.
- By entering this promotion, recipients of a free printer agree to participate in any promotional activity and /or case study run by Oki Systems (UK) Ltd.
- The free printer will be despatched free of charge to the address as submitted on the application.
- The free printer comes with a standard 1 year on-site manufacturer’s warranty. The free printer must be registered on-line at www.oki.co.uk/warranty within 30 days of receipt to qualify for the additional free 2 year extended on-site warranty.
- Offers stated cannot be changed, upgraded or extended. No alternative promotional options will be given unless advised. No cash alternative.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and the free printers are not eligible for any OKI cashback promotions.
- Oki Systems (UK) Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or terminate this programme without prior notice.
